Terms of Sale
When buying any product from the DirkScripts Tebex store, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
All payments, fulfilment, and delivery of purchased items are handled solely by Tebex Limited. DirkScripts does not directly process any transaction; Tebex acts as the authorised reseller and licensing partner for all DirkScripts digital products.
All scripts and digital goods purchased through Tebex are provided under a personal, non-transferable licence. You are granted the right to use the product only on the account that completed the original purchase.
You may not:
• Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the resource.
• Share the product with other users or upload it to any public or private file host.
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage any DirkScripts product under any circumstance.
Breaching these terms may result in your licence being revoked permanently. Severe cases may also be reported to Cfx.re if they violate their user or community guidelines.
Tebex Terms
All checkout, payment handling, and invoice management is operated entirely by Tebex Limited. By completing a purchase on this site, you are agreeing to both the Tebex Checkout Terms and the Tebex Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Tebex Limited, our Merchant of Record (MoR), manages billing support and payment processing for all DirkScripts purchases.
Because digital items are delivered instantly, refunds are not generally available.
In rare and exceptional cases, I may offer a refund at my discretion if a genuine issue cannot be resolved despite reasonable support efforts. This is a voluntary courtesy and not an entitlement.
I reserve the right to decline a refund request for any reason.
If you prefer, you may contact Tebex directly. However, be aware that Tebex typically does not issue refunds for digital goods:

Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are strictly non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Support
Support is primarily provided through Discord. Email support is available as a secondary option via the Support page.
To receive support, your Discord account must have the Customer role.
If you logged in with Discord during checkout, the role will be assigned automatically.
Otherwise, you can claim it manually using the /claim command in the 🛄︱claim-roles channel.
Alternatively, you may open a ticket and a staff member will verify your purchase and assign the role.
Support is available 7 days a week for verified customers who purchased legitimately through the official DirkScripts Tebex store.
I cannot and will not provide support for leaked, cracked, shared, or resold copies of my products.
Remaining in the Discord server is required to maintain lifetime support access.
Behaviour Expectations
DirkScripts has a strict zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful conduct.
Harassment, rudeness, or hostility towards staff may result in:
• Temporary timeouts
• Loss of ticket access
• Refusal of future support
• Permanent server ban (in extreme or repeated cases)
These measures are in place to protect our team and ensure fair, consistent support for all customers.
I welcome constructive feedback, and I will always do my best to resolve issues promptly as long as communication remains respectful.
