Traphouses is a fully realised criminal-economy system designed for immersive and expandable FiveM gameplay. Players can obtain traphouses through Tebex, in-game currency, or combat-based NPC takeovers. Once owned, a powerful management panel allows owners to handle upgrades, contracts, keys, utilities, roles, and activity logs. NPC occupants act as a persistent workforce, selling drugs, tending plants, leveling up, and defending the property. Police forces can raid houses using configurable warrant items, while players can infiltrate rival traphouses using level-based break-in tools. Powerboxes introduce meaningful mechanical weaknesses, and both MLOs and shells are fully supported. Whether your server is roleplay-heavy or economy-driven, this traphouse system provides limitless progression, depth, and replayability.

Requirements
Multiple Ways to Obtain Traphouses
Players have three unique acquisition paths: claim via Tebex packages, purchase directly with in-game currency at the traphouse door, or take over NPC-owned traphouses in a dynamic combat encounter. Each method supports different server styles — monetised, progression-based, or immersive gameplay loops.
Powerful Management Panel
The management panel gives traphouse owners full control: upgrade systems, track progress through contracts, add or remove managers with roles, generate and revoke keys, monitor activity logs with webhook support, and oversee a full utility system for water, electric, and gas usage. The integrated level system rewards consistent activity, unlocking new features and benefits as the traphouse grows.
Occupants & NPC Workforce
Players can recruit NPC occupants to live and work inside their traphouse. Each has individual stats that determine effectiveness in tasks such as drug selling or tending plants via dirk_weed. Occupants have inventories, can be upgraded, rewarded, punished, and even armed for defensive combat. Their behaviour provides an immersive living ecosystem inside every house.
Dynamic Drug Sales System
NPC occupants leave the traphouse to perform drug sales, creating unpredictable interactions and risk from stings or rival players. Fiends knock at the door for player-made sales, while players themselves can corner-sell nearby to earn cash and vital EXP. This creates a layered economy that encourages both passive and active participation.
Police Raids & Warrants
Police forces can initiate raids on traphouses. Using optional warrant items containing metadata, law enforcement can be restricted to raiding only specific houses. This system supports deep server roleplay scenarios, from detective investigations to coordinated SWAT operations, with fully customisable behaviour.
Powerboxes & Vulnerabilities
Every traphouse contains a dedicated powerbox controlling lighting, electronics, CCTV, and internal systems. Sabotaging a powerbox creates vulnerabilities for raids or infiltration, adding strategic depth and rewarding players who scout or plan their break-ins carefully.
Player Break-Ins
Rival players can use specific items to break into traphouses — with the required tool depending on the target house’s level. Intruders must fight any armed NPC occupants before stealing stash contents. Break-ins can also be restricted to certain real-world time windows to encourage server activity and structure gameplay flow.
MLO & Shell Support
Traphouses support both shell-based interiors and full MLOs out of the box. The most common options are pre-configured, with extensive configuration files available in the documentation. This ensures seamless integration regardless of your server’s preferred interior style.
